Set an app lock
Open Settings → Security, choose PIN or password, enter the required value and enable the lock. Select an auto-lock interval appropriate for the device.
Use platform authentication
Enable supported biometric or platform authentication only on devices where the application reports that the capability is available.
Encrypt portable backups
Use backup encryption when an archive may leave the primary device. Store the password separately because a protected package cannot be restored without it.
Review data and privacy
Use the dedicated settings to manage exports, backup locations and optional integrations. Confirm the destination before sending or saving business documents.
