Create a full backup
Open Backup and choose Create backup. Select the destination where the platform permits folder access and wait for the success confirmation.
Understand what is included
The full package preserves the database snapshot and managed assets such as company logos, product images, attachments and template assets.
Configure automatic backup
Choose daily, weekly or monthly scheduling, a permitted destination and a retention limit. Periodically confirm that current backup files exist.
Restore carefully
Select Restore, choose a compatible package and review the validation result. Involora checks format, version and integrity before replacing current data and protects the existing state where appropriate.
