Yes. Involora has template collections for invoices, quotes, receipts and credit notes, with company defaults and preview before PDF export.
Yes. A payment can be allocated across open invoices, with remaining balances and unallocated amounts kept visible. Involora records payments but does not process card transactions.
Reports cover sales, invoices, payments, outstanding balances, receivable aging, customers, products, taxes, expenses, profit, discounts, credit notes and payment methods.
Involora targets Windows, macOS, Android, iPhone and iPad. Downloads stay disabled until each artifact and native validation are published.

A full backup includes the application database and managed assets such as company logos, product images, attachments and template assets. Operating-system credentials are excluded.
