Check AeroMailer readiness
Install and configure AeroMailer on the same computer. Involora displays the integration as ready only when an active SMTP account is available.
Enable the integration
Open Settings → Integrations, enable AeroMailer and select the SMTP account to use when more than one active account is available.
Send an issued document
Issue an invoice, quote or payment receipt, then choose Send to Email. Confirm the contact email address and generated PDF attachment before sending.
Send group documents
When a document workflow creates records for a contact group, review each recipient and attachment. AeroMailer usage is updated for the selected sending account with Involora identified as the sending source.
