Create a product or service
Enter SKU, name, description, unit, selling price, optional cost, default tax, category and active state. Upload a square catalog image when useful.
Manage catalog settings
Use Catalog settings to maintain units, categories and taxes. Delete an unused setting only when the application confirms it can be removed safely.
Use catalog items in documents
Select an item while creating an invoice or quote, then override the description or price for that document when required. You can also type a completely manual line.
Archive or delete products
Archive products that should no longer appear in everyday selection. Use the product archive to restore them, or delete with confirmation where permanent removal is allowed.
