Inventory and stock movements

Enable inventory tracking

Configure the product SKU, current quantity, reorder threshold, cost and selling price. Use inventory only for items whose quantity needs to be tracked.

Record a manual adjustment

Choose an increase or decrease, enter the quantity and record a clear reason. The adjustment appears in movement history.

Review document movements

Relevant invoice activity reduces stock, while supported credit or return activity can increase it. Historical invoice quantities are not rewritten to correct stock.

Respond to low stock

Filter products below their reorder threshold and enable the low-stock notification when you want a desktop reminder.
