Upload the company logo
Open Company Preferences and choose a supported image. Involora uses the company logo in templates and document selection previews; the app logo is the fallback when none is provided.
Add a signature
Draw a signature or upload a signature image, then enable Display signature in Document Preference or on a specific invoice or quote.
Configure the chop
Upload a company chop to make Company Chop available. Choose a built-in chop design, Company Chop or No chop as the company default.
Review optional sections
Empty business address, footer, terms and payment details are omitted when the document is rendered. Add content only when it should appear.
